Books All PBKU storybooks are fulfilled and shipped directly through Amazon. Delivery times and shipping options are managed by Amazon at checkout. For questions about book orders, please refer to Amazon's shipping and delivery policies.
Gear (Mugs, Pillowcases, Journals & Certificates) All gear is printed and shipped by our production partner, Printify. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Standard shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery: 7–14 business days
We currently ship gear within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — contact us for details.
Order Tracking Once your gear order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
