The Champ Academy Ltd. – Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases If you purchase a subscription or recurring product through our store, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Pre-Orders & Deferred Purchases Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to review and may not be eligible for a full refund if fulfillment has already been initiated.

Bundle Purchases Bundles are sold as complete sets. Partial cancellations of individual items within a bundle are not permitted. The full bundle must be cancelled and returned per our Return Policy.

How to Cancel Submit your cancellation request by contacting us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm cancellation within 1–2 business days.

Refunds on Cancellations Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
